Just for you

Hi,

For the challenge 42 at http://stampwithsarahkay.blogspot.com/, the sketch was provided by Betty, a lovely and very inspiring one and here is my card.
And here is a close up of the card.
I've used papers from Daisy Bucket, Coredination cardstock, stamps from Magnolia and Hero Arts, flowers from Prima and Papirgleder, buttons, scrapper's floss, droplets from The Robin's Nest, Say it in crystals from Prima and butterfly punch.
The image was colored with Distress and SU inks.

And now, sneak a peak at the new canvas that I'm working on. I was so excited with how her face turned up that I couldn't resist sharing it with you. I have no idea yet what I'll do next, but I'm not worrying, I'll just keep going dreaming and playing with the paints.
And here is a close up.
The light wasn't great,so unfortunately the colours are different, her skin doesn't have at all that purplish colour, sorry about that.
Thanks for your visit,
Hugs,
Sanda

Your art is so beautiful! I came by to just say thanks for the compliment on my page and tell you that I agree with the whole growing, learning, and loving thing and then BAM! I saw your work and it made me speechless (Okay, obviously not completely speechless but I swear there was a silent moment before I started typing, lol). Have a good day.

Youre welcome :) As for the workshop...I would love to join but I cant afford it. I do really like her blog though and would love to do it next time if the funds are available to me by then. Thanks for inviting me though :) p.s. would you like to be entered in my giveaway?

Thank you :) I made the decorations out of white chocolate. They have seashell molds at the craft store so I just melted the white chocolate, put it in the molds and stuck them in the fridge till they were done. The ribbon I just wrapped around the cake and the shiny metal thing on the top was actually a weight to hold balloons and I just cut off the bottom. :) Thanks for the compliment and my friend says thank you

A beatiful card and a stunning canvas you've made, Sanda!!

Maybe your photos won't get bigger, because they are to small when you load them up to your blog? I save all my pictures around 500-600 pixels, that way they will get larger when you click on them :)

hugs, elsi
