Love angel in progress

Hi everyone and a very happy, healthy and creative 2010 to you all!

It feels like ages since my last post and I know I was a very bad blogger, but my energy levels were a bit low and I really needed to recharge my batteries, so I decided to slow down a bit, for a while.
But now I'm back, ready for new challenges and adventures in my art journey! And I brought with me my new painting that I'm working on to share it with you. In fact it's almost ready.
I was inspired by a new FABULOUS artist I have discovered few days ago. Her name is Sharon Tomlinson and after I saw her youtube videos I knew I must try this! She is a wonderful, great artist and very soon (hopefully) she will have an online class!!! I just can't wait! I've worked on a 9"x 12" canvas board, using Golden acrylic paints, watersoluble ink pencils, stamps, tissue paper, napkins, scrapbook paper, skeleton leaves, stencils, Stewart Gill Fresco flakes and a Copic multi liner.
And I also went back to Madonna and Child icon, doing a bit more work.
